91ÊÓÆµ has partnered with TimelyCare to provide essential primary and mental health services to CR students. This means 24/7 access to medical and mental health services are available no matter where you live within the U.S. The best part? It's FREE for students. *ASL interpreters available.

How do I access Timely Care services?

TimelyCare is available through 91ÊÓÆµ Single-Sign on System - visit and use your school email and login credentials to authenticate.

Make Health a Priority!

Set specific, measurable goals. Plan rewards for each good health goal you achieve. Even small lifestyle changes can lead to a healthier life.

  • Make regular exercise a part of your routine.
  • Eat a diet low in fats, salt and cholesterol.
  • Get plenty of sleep each night.
  • Learn to manage stress.
  • If you smoke or use tobacco — quit.
  • Maintain a healthy weight.
  • Drink alcohol only in moderation and remember: alcohol and driving never mix.

Dental Health Center

The Dental Health Center provides reduced cost dental services performed by a licensed dentist and registered dental hygienist being assisted by students enrolled in the Dental Assisting Program. Our services are available to the community; we do however give priority to students and staff of the 91ÊÓÆµ. We do not provide emergency care and appointments are required. CR Basic Needs Center

CR students are welcome to come in to the Basic Needs Center (BNC) to grab a snack or tea and to shop at the pantry once a week, which includes canned and bulk foods as well as spices. Students can also get CalFresh bags, recipe cards, cookbooks and other nutritional information.
